If you had 28.3million, what will you spend it on? To make this more interesting:
1) You cannot save the money in any bank, fixed deposit or blah blah
2) However, you could hold a lavish birthday party, invest it in Google, buy oil, gold, coffee powder or donate it
3) You can’t hire someone to help you manage your funds

Personally I will:
Use 5 million to setup a reasonable business (not sure what it will be)
Invest 10 million in a few assets (definitely not cars)
Spend 1 million on lavish items (it’s only 3% of my total wealth!)
Get 4 million worth of stocks
Donate 1 million to the United Nations/World Vision etc
Change the remaining 7.3million into $2 notes and give it to my kids to ‘play in it’
