Before I went for the Freshmen Orientation Workshop (FOW), I told myself 2 words. Be positive. No matter what happens, no matter how bad it is, be positive. Turn up the next day, make new friends.

I'll admit. I detest the first day. I was asking my fellow FOW mates whether or not, will they be coming back. Some said yes, some said no. I told myself again. Be positive. Tomorrow will be better. The first day was boring, because all of us do not know each other really well. Luckily, thanks to Prunella, I met some of her friends there which means, not-so-boring first day after all. At least, there was someone to talk to. Hopefully the next day will be better, with more friends.

AND INDEED. I met some really gay people. And now, even gayer to form the Gay club. HAHAHA. Had I not think positively, I will not turn up on the 2nd day, which means missing the 3rd day too and the happy Gary Ler now will not exist. Entering Scythia, making new friends with fellow Scythians is really a major turning point in tertiary education.

I'm glad to be in TP now. Temasek Poly really has a very good marketing team. It appeals to the young, it appeals to those who want to have FUN.

Everytime, after I post about Scythian's outing, someone will definitely say "Aw… it seems fun!" Definitely, it's fun. Of course. So those reading this, try not to miss any Scythian's outing in the future =) if you do, it's really a waste.

And of course, don't go "GARY LER!!" each time you need a leader. Because i'm not one. All of you are =)! So plan, go ahead, plan an outing. Meet up somewhere. They will surely be people who will meet up with you, be it 2, 3, 4 or maybe even 20. Don't ask. Tell them the place and time.

School will be starting for me, in a few days time. And I hope that I will have those wonderful people I met in Scythia who are in BSG, to be in the same class as me =) or, the same type of people. They are the ideal type of classmates you want to have HAHAHA.

While those in other courses, i'm sure we can get to meet up after school at the mushroom someday, sometime ahaha.
