To those who are still mourning over the loss of Streetdirectory.com, you should be happy now because it’s up and running! Yeah yeah yeah! Not to me though, I have NEVER been a fan of SD.com and i’m happy they are gone. All the junk advertisements, the happy-suing attitude they had last time forcing individuals and businesses to pay them for the use of their maps (though legit it wasn’t a very nice move to make).

Anyway even though they are back, they have lost a lot of market share, no doubt about there. And to make things worse, GoThere.sg is SUCH A DAMN FANTASTIC WEBSITE FOR BUS AND MRT TRAVELLERS! This is their url: GoThere.sg

All you need to do when you reach their site is to enter your “from” and “to” location, then a bus/mrt guide will appear on the side (the top image) with Google Maps direction.

For example, Paragon to Victoria JC:

And the best feature is the drag-and-drop feature which exist in Google Maps, Gothere.sg used it to make things easier for me. For example if I were to type “Upper Serangoon”, it’s a long stretch of road and the starting point may not apply to me. So I can just drag and drop the green pointer into my starting point and the route may change (because that bus stop may not have the bus they gave me initially).
