I did my DISC assessment and got a high “I” for all 3. If i’m not wrong, the first graph means how on the public view me normally on normal days. Second graph is when I encounter stress and third graph is how I view myself or something, not too sure.

In my class today, seldom got people have the same 3 graphs. Other than… me? All “I” which stands for “Influential”.

In the report it was stated that since i’m an “I” I cannot freaking hell work with a “D” which means someone who is Dominating. And yes I agree on that, I have been telling Edric I have met people whose personality just clashes with me and the type “D” person are the ones who clash with me the most.
