I am currently reading "Memoirs of a Geisha". And so far, all I can say is wow… it’s a beautiful book though it’s quite erotic. Hatsumomo - as in the book is a chiobu, so is Chiyo… and yes, both of them are in the movie! But bloody hell, why get cheena women to act as Japanese - not that I’m against them, I love Gong Li (Hatsumomo) and Ziyi Zhang (Chiyo), but hor, a bit fake leh!! Even though the Caucasians won’t even notice the difference between the Chinese and Japanese, but we (asians) will. Note that I’m a Chinese, and I’m not against any race but please follow the book!!!

For the third pic, to those who have read the book should know that the ‘grandma’ put her finger into the you-know-where to know whether or not did she bring a man back and do the you-know-what.

I have two ‘Memoir of a Geisha’ book at home. One is super old (my sister read it when she was in P6 or Sec 1) and torn while the other is the new edition which uses the movie poster as its cover. It’s really beautiful!
