Anyone can lose weight pretty quickly if they want

You want to lose weight and lose it fast? Here are some fast tips.

1. Write down everything that you eat and drink for a week. This gives you a sense of what you know you should or should not eat and also helps you find trends in your eating habits.

2. Exercise at the same time everyday. Before dinner? After dinner? First thing in the morning? First thing is best by the way.

3. Wean your self off of pop and junk food

4. Get a positive image of what you want to feel like and do not let bad eating get the most of you ever.

5. Drink lots of water from morning to night. Not only is the water good for you but it also helps to flush toxins and fills you up so that you do not eat as much. Many people can lose up to 10 pounds in a week just by starting to drink a lot of water everyday.

6. Get your sleep under control. If you sleep a lot you will not be grabbing a coffee and a donut to start your day badly.

7. East six meals a day. Eat a lot of meals, although small ones spaced two hours apart during the day. This will stop your blood sugar from fluctuating so much and will also help you digest food better AND will also raise your metabolism.
