I have already decided on what I will be doing for my DNT project. It will be an overhead projector for 3rd world nations! My teacher told me to not be so obsessed with Solar powered stuffs. Practically, all of my exploration of ideas were "powered by sun". So my "Solar Powered OHP" was a damn dumb idea because the OHP was meant to be operated in the dark. BUT, my idea was actually to use the solar energy to CHARGE the batteries IN the OHP. I have already named my projector, I call it "LEDEON". I mixed 2 type of lighting devices together to get this. The two devices are LED and LUXEON, thus after cancelling out the "LUX", I get LEDEON. If you can't think of any names for your project, just mix some-chemistry-related-name with a planet name to get something really cool yet stupid. To those who want to try it, please do so. To get things started: Uranus and ammonia. PS: The design brief in the image wasn't in my folio, I just crapped it out hahaha.
