I’m currently offering some 1GB diskspace with 50GB bandwidth, the server is located in the USA. The upload speed is approx 20 - 30kbytes/sec (well, for me since I’m on Singnet BB 1500kbps). Download speed is reasonable with approx 160kb/sec for me (as usual, Singnet BB 1500kbps).

It uses Copanel which is some type of Windows control panel and I myself, isn’t fascinated by it, but it’s still reasonable to use even though not as feature-rich as cPanel. I wouldn’t say that this package is a web hosting package, but rather for file hosting.
