Hmm, I went out

27Dec06

My Flickr has been inactive for quite some time. Anyway to those who didn't know, the PRO account has been upgraded to UNLIMITED upload, while the FREE account has also been upgraded to 100MB from 20MB. Flickr rocks.

I went out with Edric, Shaun, Timothy to Bugis to shop for his clothings. Timothy has a $100 Levi's voucher, so he could only spend it in the Levi's shop. However, there are also other ways to change the voucher into cash, for example:

  • Sell it online at places like HWZ, Ebay, Yahoo! Auctions… etc at the 20% discount
  • Sell it to a Levi's shopper, already in the shop at a 20% - 30% discount
  • Sell it to me at a 99% discount

The 2nd and 3rd options are for people who really needs the money. The first option are for people who have the money with them currently (be it credit cards or nets or whatever), and can wait to change the voucher into cash.

So anyway Timothy was the first one, he had the money. He bought a long sleeve shirt, a brown coloured one with blue stripes. Er… what was the brand? It was bought from the 'EDGE area.'

After buying his shirt, Edric went to eat his lunch at MCD and so we followed. Oh BTW, did I mention that WE were late for…

  1. Edric, late - 30 mins
  2. Me, late - 60 mins
  3. Shaun, late - 90 mins?

Ranked accordingly. Sorry Timothy, it wasn't our fault. It was the rain's.

After MCDing, we went to the arcade and played 'Time Crisis 4.'

The game itself is as attention seeking and me, myself.

People stared at us. I don't get it, what so fun about seeing other people play games in arcade blah blah blah. Not that I feel disturbed, but those are people who goes to the arcade to watch people play… or so we thought. Then I realised, ah! They could be there memorising all the difficult corners so as to maximise their $2 they will be paying if they were to play. Ah damn, no wonder I got shot 3 times so quickly. I should play the smart way next time. Like plotting the Daytona's map and then start measuring my turning angle etc. Where to break and such. Maximise your money.

After that we went to walk around and then went to eat our dinner. 3 of us ate Claypot curry chicken, well, tasted ok only that mine was in small proportion, but enough tough. While Timothy's and Shaun's was rather large they couldn't finish it and was tossing the bread and chicken around the table. Like volleyball.

Then slacked around and went home with Edric and Timothy following. We used the computer, did somethings and tada, they went home using the new bus service '45'.

Hahahaha. I don't know if i'm meeting Serene tomorrow or not. We shall see.
