Haven’t been blogging
Haven't been blogging much these days, because my laptop is dead and I dread blogging on the web interface after having my dear Windows Live Writer which is so bloody good, I gave up Ubuntu and Mac OS for Vista.
These few days, I have been up to a few silly stuffs like doing projects, massive shopping online and erm, well, some other stuffs.
Projects are going all fine, in the correct direction and doing well, I hope my tutor don't lie to me.
Shopping, spent USD$180 in the US economy. Bought 4 items, out of which, 3 aren't for me. Just helping others to get what they want online.
And the other stuffs means going to town.
I'm so so so damn irritated with Fedex's smartpost. It's one of the stupidest thing, EVER. Fedex want to reduce overhead by transferring the package halfway to USPS, which will then deliver to the final destination. I heard it will travel to India, China then to Vietnam and back to the States even though it's sent from California to California. Or stay at the delivery centre and not move for like 3 days.
Been a few days already and there is still NO status on the online tracking website. I wonder where is my mp3 player right now, tsk. Luckily it's worth USD$15. At least Woot didn't use Fedex Smartpost on my Zune.

LOL LER YI LUN IS STUPID LAH.
all couriers work in the same way. you have to know your plan takes how many days to reach your destination. some have 7 days gauranteed, 1 day express gauranteed etc.. what you pay, what you get.
Woot.com doesn’t allow you to expedite shipping. They charge USD$5 regardless of the size or weight of the package.
Usually they will be using Fedex Ground, but for smaller packages they used Smartpost without posting it on their website or product information. If not, I will not consider buying it from Woot.
USD5.00, we cant expect much… you wont know when its arriving to its destination? lets say they give you 15 dec, i can go round the world all it wants, but arrive at the destination on the 15 dec.. i dont see a problem. =) but if they dont give you a date… then too bad
